Psychology "Mental Illness" Presentation - 5th Dec, 2021
Dr. Grewal presented the most common mental health issues prevailing in our community in our modern world at El Sobrante Gurudwara Sahib. He urged sangat to not by shy and get help if they or anyone they know show signs of mental health symptoms. A lot of these illness can be treated. Free Dental Health Clinics - July 2023
Dr. Atwal shared with the sangat the dental health regiment and how we can prevent dental issues. He also shared with us how dental wellbeing is essential for overall health. He told us about the free dental clinics that will be held at the El Sobrante Gurudwara Sahib and how we plan to use the same model to enable free dental clinics in other Gurudwara's in the USA.
